Small update to review. Increased rating because when I was able to get into contact with customer service, she was extremely fast and helpful. There was no routing to 4 different people (as did another company I spoke with did). Hr actions for corrections also took place immediately after call completed. No, I still never received any contact from the support emails or chats, I had to reach back out over 5 or so days after the order. As for the order received, there are two different colors listed so they did need to edit there, but the product was fine. It runs well, had just a few visible scrapes, nothing too serious - especially as I will be getting a cover anyways. It was fully discharged upon arrival, but powered up immediately after plugging in the charger. Overall, so far it's a great deal for the light use I have of laptops without having to break the bank.

Ordered Space Gray, received Silver. Already have a silver Mac Air, so I need to distinguish them. Customer service took an extraordinarily long time to reach. The number provided would say reps are busy, hold for 1:07 then say leave a message and then hang up. They have yet to respond to my email I sent about another issue. I sent that email Sunday (and chat said it forwarded another message, and I left voicemail); it is now Thursday. When I found another contact number, it took several attempts to reach them. At this point, I may as well keep the wrong color because by the time customer service responds and sends the return label for exchange, it'll be another week wasted. I haven't even turned on the laptop and already the experience has been disappointing.
